Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Water 1 Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ Cup
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Cooking oil ¼ Cup
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped ¼ Cup
-Akhrot (Walnuts) chopped ¼ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 100g
-Sooji (Semolina) sifted 1 Cup
-Chakki ka atta (Whole wheat flour) sifted ½ Cup
-Tahini paste (Ground Sesame paste) ½ Cup
-Tahini paste
-Pista (Pistachios) chopped

Directions:
-In a saucepan,add water,milk,sugar & mix well,bring it to boil & cook until sugar is dissolved & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,pistachios,walnuts,mix well & fry for 30 seconds.
-Add butter & let it melt.
-Add semolina,whole wheat flour,mix continuously & cook on low flame for 18-20 minutes.
-Now add prepared milk,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add tahini paste & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Drizzle tahini paste,sprinkle pistachios & serve warm!

Ajza:

-Saucepan mein pani,doodh ar cheeni dal kar mix karein,ubalain aur cheeni ghul jane tak paka kar side par rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil,pista aur akhrot dal kar 30 seconds tak fry karein.
-Butter dal kar melt ker lein.
-Sooji aur chakki ka atta dal ker musalsal mix kertay rahein aur halki anchc per 18-20 minutes tak paka lein.
-Ab tayyar doodh dal ker, mix karein aur 2-3 minutes tak pakayein,dhak dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tahini paste dal kar mix karein,phir dhak kar 1-2 minutes low flame par paka lein.
-Tahini paste drizzle karein aur pista dal ker serve karein!
