
I'm thinking if trying this recipe, but I'm wondering how well it will hold up if I pre-grate it all once it's finished and store it in the freezer so that it'll last a long time. Have you tried?

I made this one and it turned out great. it didn’t last long enough for us to worry about long term storage but it would probably be fine in the freezer

I think that recipe is very similar to the one I tried. It was delicious. I didn’t try freezing it myself, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t hold up well.

No, but have you made Parm out of nuts/seeds before? It lasts a really long time, whereas I feel like the tempeh version would go bad quickly. I usually do ground cashews, ground sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, garlic, salt, and a small bit of onion powder.
I used to use tempeh on salads and thought it reminded me a bit of a hard cheese. I could see it working well.
