**Big Mac Sauce**

3/4 cup (180g) 0% Greek yogurt

1/4 cup (60g) light mayonnaise (I used @hellmannsmayonnaise)

Or use 1 cup greek yogurt and no mayo

2 tbsp (30g) yellow mustard

2 tbsp (32g) sugar-free ketchup

1 tbsp (15ml) pickle juice

1 tsp (2g) onion powder

1/2 tsp (1g) paprika

1/2 tsp (3g) salt (adjust to taste)

Optional: gradually add 1 tbsp of water to thin it out

**Smokey Chipotle Sauce**

1 tsp (2g) smoked paprika (regular works here too)

1/4 tsp (0.5g) chili flakes

1/4 tsp (1g) salt (adjust to taste)

1/8 tsp (0.3g) pepper

Optional: gradually add 1 tbsp of water to thin it out

**Garlic Sauce**

1 cup (230g) 0% Greek yogurt

1/4 tsp (2g) salt (adjust to taste)

1/2 tsp (1g) cumin

1/2 tbsp (7ml) lemon juice

1 minced garlic clove (1 tsp/3g) (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)

Optional: gradually add 1 tbsp of water to thin it out

Mix all ingredients for each sauce until smooth.
