Hi, everyone! My partner and I are homesteaders and processed two pigs this past year. We're getting to the tail end of a freezer, so I'm looking for some new, unique meals to make to spice things up! We still have at least one pack of every cut of pork. (Belly, picnic roast, ribs, etc.) Any suggestions for your favorite pork recipes? Nothing is really off-limits; we like all types of cuisine and flavors 🙂
