Another from my National Ice Cream Day shipment from Jeni's. I am a banana flavor freak. I really love banana flavored sweets-cake, candy, bread and ice cream. Yes, the coconut is prominent but it's a flavor that I think works with the banana flavor, sort of a tropical blend. And the pieces of cookie are absolutely delicious. So, yup, I love it.

Omg. I LOVE banana flavored ice creams I have to give this a try. Hopefully I can find it in a store somewhere.

I loooove banana ice cream! Would you say it’s more natural tasting banana or artificial like banana candy?

I thought the coconut cream base worked great in this flavor, it compliments the banana flavoring imo
Oh man, I hope I can find this near me! I don’t usually like bananas but I love banana pudding. I also really like coconut-based ice creams in a lot of instances (good with fruit, good with chocolate).
It’s supposed to be banana pudding, not banana cream pie. It’s pretty darn good on its own but isn’t quite hitting the banana pudding notes (mostly because the cookies don’t hit quite right). Just don’t expect a dupe of the traditional dessert and you’ll dig it.
I’m a dairy lover and I think both this one and the lemon bar are worth trying. The coconut base works well with these.
