Finally breaking out my Christmas Gift

I asked for a wireless meat probe, and my awesome wife got me a set of four! I finally broke it out for this little pork loin and annoyed the heck out of not having to step outside to check the built in probes on my smoker.

Lessons already learned for the next time– don't probe a foil wrapped package from the side- you're gonna lose juices. I wrapped it back up with butter and let it rest in the warm oven for a bit and that helped, though.

I can't wait to play with this more!
