
Homemade sundubu jjigae (Korean soft tofu stew) served with gyeran-mari (rolled omelette) and some bancheons(side dishes). Spicy, comforting, and perfect with rice.
Do you like sundubu jjigae more with seafood or meat?(I added spam this time)

Oh wow this looks great
I don’t like it with fish or seafood, but have been making it with chicken broth and pork–ground or sliced. So far this has been my favorite. I do add a dash of fish sauce and use a lot of shitake mushrooms.
