Mac and cheese remains my tried and true favorite for meal prep – it’s just so versatile and quick. Any protein can work. Any veg you like can work. Perfect canvas for adding additional nutrients like the cottage cheese and nutritional yeast. And in my opinion, it freezes very well, though I know some will disagree and don’t like freezing any kind of pasta. Is this one in high in sodium? YES. I won’t deny that, but – the rest of my meals are very low, so it works for me. Adjust as you see fit if this doesn’t fit your own goals and needs. App is called LoseIt! Ingredients are in the screenshots. It’s basically one box of Jalapeño Mac & Cheese, one package of cubed ham, one package of frozen bell peppers and onions, plus the cottage cheese and nutritional yeast amounts listed.
