

First picture is a mini cake, approx 3 or 4 inches in diameter with the type of icing that's, like, hardish on the outside. Second picture is a plate with a bit of sweet rice pudding with candied orange peel, 2 pieces fried parmesan pretzel breaded broccoli, some black bean tahini dip and some hummus. Also, half a burrito tortilla with a bit of rice, black beans, chickpeas, salsa, guac, and some sauteed mushrooms and onions. What do you think? Thanks in advance 😀

My guess is around 550 for the cake and maybe another 500 for the main plate since there are a lot of small, calorie-dense bites like the tahini and fried breading. Hope it tasted as good as it looks!
