Looks good! Its so hard to get it to turn out like the recipe Pic but you did a good job. I feel like their mashed potatoes need a bit more sour cream/water/milk to get that creamy consistency than what their recipes call for.

You did really well and that looks delicious. I’m a mother of four adults and have been cooking for 50 years. I was using HelloFresh for a while because I was finding it challenging to cook for one – I was used to cooking family-size quantities. I always thought the HF instructions would be great for a new or inexperienced cook.

I also find making the mashed potatoes hard to do. It never looks like the picture when I make them.
