I think this is a first. Congratulations.

I refused to believe this was actually consumed.

If you’d have pulsed the nuts in a food processor or something, I could get behind it. It’d be a quirky take on breadcrumbs. Would work even better if there was butternut squash emulsified into the cheese sauce (Trader Joe’s butternut Mac anyone?). But as you did it? Yes. Shitty indeed.

Yah know what…. if you added additional cubes of marble cheese and added some sauce for balance thatd be good

I eat Roasted almonds sometimes even cashews and walnuts on top of rice dishes,so i don’t think this tastes that bad.

This is a great idea. I’m borrowing it.
I think adding some rocket, fetta and roast pumpkin would be awesome too.

Can’t you just eat the nuts while you cook the Mac n cheese?

So this is literally NOT Mac and cheese then.

Poor squirrel, there are better ways to get the nuts and seeds into your diet

I understand. It’s a textural thing for me, throwing handsful of toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds on top. 😎

As somebody who just ate easy mac with pistachios on top, I approve.

  12. We know you’re a bunch of squirrels in a trench coat.

I can get down with everything except the daiya, why not just use real cheese

    What is this?
    Mac and cheese for squirrels?!

What, green eggs and ham weren’t good enough for you, you need to rhyme new shitty food?

If my parakeet turned human for a day I’m confident this is the meal he’d make himself

The almonds seem a bit too far. I can somehow see the sunflower seeds being good on it.

  19. 8BitSmart

Interesting concept, but maybe have the nuts crushed a lot more.

  20. hotfistdotcom

no it’s not ultraprocessed, see I put seeds on it
