It’s ground beef seasoned with adobo, paprika and MSG, sliced sausage, sliced bell pepper (next time I’ll use green instead of red ones), onions, garlic, diced tomatoes and mushrooms. The tomatoes and mushrooms are canned this time for budget reasons.

Sometimes I’ll add some cheese when reheating or some sour cream to change up the flavor but it’s good. Thoughts on how keep it is, or some things I could add to the next batch?

  1. Looks really good!! You could drizzle some of your favorite keto friendly sauce on it after reheating it for variety. GHuges makes a nice selection of SF sauces and Kraft makes a chipotle aioli and garlic aioli that are really good.

    i actually prefer canned tomatoes for meals like this. adds a lot more flavour

    Looks great. Only other easy additive I think would mesh well would be chopped up cabbage. I sautee it in a bit of butter and it’s a great texture to mix into other things. Also very budget friendly.
