    A sandwich is not only about meat. Reminds me of those pastrami sandwiches which are like a foot of meat with two little slices of bread and maybe some mustard and pickle. It’s just a puck of meat. Nah. A sandwich is a cohesive unit of materials. Not just one.

    If you’re still in Kingston, try Joe Beez. Haven’t had them in a few years but their sandwiches were big, cheap, and absolutely delicious.
