I can’t identify any fucking thing you’ve paired it with but the steak looks great. Seems like you have a weird pile of maybe mushrooms maybe potatoes with Parmesan on them with a side of wasabi, unknown and some kind of horrifying spinach slop? Along with a slightly charred on top pile of ??? Like honestly great steak the rest looks like ai lol. Sorry.
Edit: closer inspection on the sauces still show as wasabi, unknown is a stoneground mustard and spinach slop must be an herbed butter that looks like it’s far more herb than butter.
I’m guessing the weird pile of mash is cauliflower or something. All in all the pairings are not for me, but the steak is great lol.
