A Mediterranean eatery is coming to a new concession building at Lake Sumter Landing.
Ground was broken this week for the new building on Lake Shore Drive.
Luma Mediterranean Kitchen, which recently opened at Sawgrass Grove Market, will be a tenant at the new concession building, which will bring new choices to Lake Sumter Landing.
Work has begun at a new concession building that will be home to Luma Mediterranean Kitchen at Lake Sumter Landing.
Luma customers at the Sawgrass Grove Market location have the opportunity to build their own bowls and pitas, choosing from a variety of ingredients including Jasmine Rice, Persian Black Lentils, Shawarma Chicken, Mediterranean Ship, Smashed Lamb, Gyro Meat, Avocado Hummus, Feta Cheese, veggies, seasonings and dressings. The new eatery at Lake Sumter Landing will have a similar setup.
Luma Mediterranean Kitchen is operated by FMK Hospitality Group, which runs numerous successful restaurants and country clubs in The Villages and has grown into one of The Villages’ top employers.
