I had the one in Dillion / Silverthorne. Not a bad sammy spot. However when I’m out there I typically hit cheba hut. They got beer + fire sandos at the dillion/Silverthorne location

I’m not usually a big fan of thin bread, big filling sammy, but I love the pickled stuff dominating the center, and the balance looks a lot more appealing as a result (to me)

  3. Snarf’s is pretty good. I always wish the bread was … Less toasted. Flaky and a bit of a bummer sometimes.

Never thought to try asking for less toast but there must be some reason they don’t sell cold sandwiches?

Boulder Snarf’s always did a good job. The fried bologna at Snarfburger is an occasional guilty pleasure. Not sure if it’s opened back up after a fire but I used to drive from Denver for Half Fast a sandwich spot on the Hill.

  5. Oh buddy this brings back memories. I used to live around the corner from the one off of Spruce St by the pool and would eat there several times a week for years. That was 25 years ago. God I miss that place. Thank you for the reminder

I fucking love snarfs. Wish they were in Chicago. Used to be one but I think it closed.

Snarfs is fucking fantastic. Love that place always.

  8. For some reason there was one in the first floor of the Groupon building in Chicago we used to go to In the 2010s, like their only location outside CO. Great stuff.

Colorado? I’d smoke some weed and drink some of yall famous “high grav” beers and be good and buzzed before destroying that sandwich

I miss Snarf, they closed down the two locations in Chicago!
