down 49 lbs since september, eating 1200 calories every day (with occasional cheat days) and walking 10k steps minimum every day. i'm thankful for this sub for all the recipes and meal inspiration I've found here. hoping to reach my goal weight of 120 by may

    Wow! The hard work definitely paid off. Well done! One question: You mentioned the occasional cheat days, and I’ve been experiencing that, too. Do you keep going as usual after, or is there anything you do after them to “correct” it?
