Day 18: I’m building a “broccoli breakfast plate” signature — thoughts?

    Day 18. I’m trying to build a recognizable breakfast style:
    broccoli as the signature, arugula/greens for freshness, and eggs based on my mood.
    This is today’s plate.
    What would you change to make it look cleaner / more “signature”?

    I really love broccoli, and I don’t think that features enough broccoli for a “broccoli breakfast plate”, and with that many eggs I’d expect them to be the namesake. 

    I think if you took it a step or two back, and could you do a bit of blackend as well?

    I agree with the other broccoli lover comment- this isnt enough to be considered a “broccoli breakfast”, it looks like you made a decent breakfast and just tossed a some broccoli in it. I would eat it! Like I said it looks good. Just not like broccoli is the theme. ​

    Make a broccoli omelette, over broccoli cheese puree, serve with a pile of roasted crisped broccolini, and drops of broccoli garlic oil.

  6. Leave the peel on your cucumber for more vitamins and nutrients. Just wash it and eat.
