this sandwich was made to skirt the rules at r/grilledcheese

ended up just eating the salami. they stuck on there fine but they were burning and the bread underneath was soggy.

    After grilling, id create a Asiago cheese lace in the pan, and then fry each side over that. Contain the salami.
