One of my budget friendly meal high in protein. So warm and comforting.

  1. 1 pack of tofu sliced

    Marinade
    Soy sauce 1/3 cup
    Water 1/3 cup
    Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
    Minced garlic 2 tbsp
    Korean red pepper flakes 1 tsp
    Sugar 1 tsp
    Green onions 1 stalk chopped
    Sesame oil & sesame seeds for garnish

    Lightly oil a small pot in medium heat and layer the tofu in the marinade. Cover and simmer for few minutes or until tofu absorbs the sauce. Drizzle with sesame oil and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve over hot rice.

    That looks great, I would use gochujang since it’s what I have. I think that would work.
