
I have been doing a Ketoish diet for several years. I have been thinking of changing it up and adding more whole grains and better carbs to what I eat. Got the idea from this recipe just changed it up a little. It was very good everybody in my family had seconds.
Recipe included bell peppers. chickpeas, tomatoes, zucchini, ground beef, and feta cheese.
