Used to serve the Chiefs offensive team every Monday at the steakhouse i worked at in college. Tony Gonzales always got 2 whole smoked salmon, typically an appetizer. Those guys could EAT!

One of my jobs included feeding a D1 football team on game days and the night before. It was crazy the calories they would put down. The rule of thumb was that every person was 3. If there are 100 players prep for 300 regular folks. The 25-40 coaches and staff are like double their number too.
