A California classic, frequently found outside bars and nightclubs. Bacon, red onion, jalapeños, and tomato with lots of mayo, ketchup, and mustard. It should be an abomination of excess but it works SO well

Ooh, there’s a place in Philly that does something similar — they wrap the dog in bacon and throw it in the deep fryer and leave it there until it bursts open. They call it “the Ripper”.
