
i used a pizza stone in a home oven at 550. i make a 3 day cold fermented dough then freeze it for whenever i'm too lazy to do a full meal prep. topped with homemade alfredo sauce, mozz, pepperjack, basil, and chipotle chicken with parm sprinkled on top 🙂
