    I agree, I can’t stand the taste of tonkotsu, tastes like liquified bacon fat. Shoyu is delicious though. But that’s my personal preference!

    I don’t agree but I like to do a spicy miso shoyu tare in my tonkotsu so I guess maybe I do agree.

    I don’t think this could be better plated. Beautiful.
