    Did you put the glaze on before baking or shortly before it finished baking? I feel like it would burn if you put it on at the start.

    Okay, I’ve been seeing a lot of focaccia on here lately. What’s the deal? What’s it used for? I’ve had it but I’ve never been impressed by it. I would love to make something different and I think this would be it.
