A popular restaurant in a Yorkshire village has announced its closure.
The team from 2Amici have given an update on its Holywell Green branch. They posted: “We regret to inform you that due to the circumstances we have decided to close our Holywell Green branch.
“Our team is currently focusing on our Hipperholme restaurant – any vouchers can be used here instead. We would like to thank all of you for the support and loyalty over the years – it has been a pleasure.”
Many customers have taken to social media to offer their support, to staff, following the closure announcement. Colin Brown said: “My favourite place to eat Italian food. I’m gutted.”
Beth Burton said: “Best Italian around. I will look forward to dining in Hipperholme.” While Sharon Russell wrote: “You did a fantastic job for my 50th birthday meal. We will miss the food and the service. See you in hipperholme though.”
