INGREDIENTS:

●Lavash – 2 large pieces
●Processed cheese – 160 g
●Sausages – 320 g
●Cheese – 180 g
●Eggs – 3 pcs
●Salt – to taste
●Ketchup – 30 g
●Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.

1. Spread a piece of lavash with processed cheese , sprinkle grated cheese on top, put the sausage on top, add a little ketchup and roll it up.
2. Dip in beaten egg and fry in a preheated frying pan for 2-3 minutes on each side under the lid.
