When I was growing up there was a night in which the meal was called Mustgo. It took quite a few years to realize what my mom meant. Lol. This is homemade shokupan with homegrown broccoli sprouts, lettuce, leftover fried chicken, white American, tomato, iceberg lettuce, SnP and mayonnaise (Hellman's for this application although I consider Duke's an equal but for different purposes). Pictures are for clarity or discussion. Doggo added for the guy with the Aussie that posts sandwiches with frequency.

Beautiful. I like Hellman’s and Duke’s but I think I prefer Duke’s, but I my favorite is kewpie for the umami.
What applications do you prefer for Hellman’s vs Dukes?
That’s a proper sandwich. Looks and sounds amazing. I should probably stop scrolling and go to bed on a high with this post.
