I’m not very very good with tomatoes so please take my word with a grain of salt but it looks to be BER from what I’ve seen

Looks like something has been chewing on it, not BER. BER is brown colored rotten spot on the bottom. This is white with the blossom still on the fruit.

In my experience BER is way darker than that, either black or dark brown. Also, if it is only happening to one it is more likely physical damage and less likely BER.
