Look at this grilled, by God, cheese I made. Does it look like something you’d eat? (I sprinkle weird shit like oregano and whatever other spices into the buttered bread as it’s cooking and it ends up being a crispy, delightful experience when eating). I’m also a super weirdo and like “bread and butter” pickles (or the juice flavor even) on my G.C. or to dip it slightly in ketchup while eating but aaaaalways EXTRA cheese no matter what but duh. 🤷🏻♀️

Pickles are awesome with grilled cheese. I also like to dip in ketchup, especially with some Sriracha or Frank’s mixed in.
