    Monbento boxes are really hard to use. That is way too much rice.

    Contents:

    * short grain rice

    * fried beef slices with garlic and salt

    * marinated tofu

    * spinach with soy sauce, seasame seeds, sugar

    * marinated egg

    * bok choy

    parchment paper to keep the tofu from getting leaked on.

    the marinated egg looks amazing! is there a recipe you follow? when i try it’s too salty/dark
