1 carb balance tortilla
2 whole eggs, 1 serving of liquid egg whites, fried/steamed
Peppers, onions, mushrooms, sauteed in a bit of oil
4 oz roasted potatoes
2 tbsp home made yogurt ranch sauce
Tabasco sauce
Lunch:
1 carb balance tortilla
3.5oz rotisserie chicken
2 tbsp Home made yogurt ranch sauce (fat free greek yogurt, olive oil, ranch seasoning, seasonings, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, blended)
~8 olives
2oz tomato
2oz salad greens
1oz spinach
Dinner:
5-6oz baked/steamed sweet potato
1 serving of home made mince pork dish (pork shoulder butt fat drained, carrot, mushrooms, scallions, seasonings)
Broccoli, carrot, mushrooms, bell peppers, sauteed in a bit of oil
Sriracha sauce

Paired with walking and running got up to a lil over 8 miles today, my usual is about 5 miles every morning. I also strength train 3 times a week. I only drink water, black coffee, and flavored seltzer water.
The food looks delicious!
