Arby’s announced the nationwide launch of the new Italian Beef Dip sandwich, inspired by the bold flavors and culinary heritage of Chicago. To mark the launch, Arby’s has partnered with entertainer Whitney Leavitt in a new digital spot that highlights the sandwich’s Chicago roots and robust flavor profile.
In conjunction with the product debut, Arby’s will host The House of Italian Beef, a limited-time pop-up experience in New York City. Created in partnership with Chain, the experiential brand co-founded by actor and writer B.J. Novak, the pop-up will be open to the public from January 23 through January 24. Designed as an interactive museum, The House of Italian Beef explores the history, culture, and craftsmanship behind Chicago’s iconic sandwich while offering attendees an opportunity to sample Arby’s Italian Beef Dip.
Arby’s Italian Beef Dip features slow-roasted beef, melted Swiss cheese, tangy pickled giardiniera, and savory au jus. Arby’s signature roast beef is slow-roasted in-house for four hours to deliver a tender, juicy, and flavorful sandwich designed for dipping.
