  1. Love the homemade content! You remind me of my Granny teaching me to cook over 30 years ago. Please keep them coming. No one uses those old school recipes anymore and I've been searching for them. I couldn't remember how to make gravy like that. Sausage or bacon, we always used the leftover grease to start the gravy. It was always delicious.

  2. North Carolina in the house. Grew up on Red-Eye gravy with country ham. Don't see the gravy much anymore but gosh it was good!

  3. I got the cookbook today and I couldn’t be more pleased! I never expected one this large! I will truly enjoy it. I love the family photos and stories / bios that you included. I’ll make many a recipe from it, no doubt! ❤

  4. Hi from Tennessee
Maybe someday you can make red eye gravy for us. My grandaddy would always say to my granny hey Jo how bout some red eye gravy. Sorry to say I never really learned how. Miss them

  5. I've got mom's cast iron skillets, I've got my cast iron stuff and I will use it until I'm not strong enough to pick it up lol.
