Had a bacon roll this morning and used the leftover bacon fat to fry some onions with red wine vinegar, sugar and paprika. Cooled it down and mixed it with a pack of honey roast sausagemeat.

Homemade rough puff, blitz 125g each butter and flour and about 55g of water, put it in the fridge for 30 minutes, combine then roll, fold, roll put back in fridge and repeat 3 times.

Egg wash with oregano and bake for 20 ish minutes on 220.

Bosh.
