Malunggay Basil Pesto Pasta
Ingredients:
Pesto Ingredients:
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup malunggay (moringa) leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp walnuts
3 tbsp nutritional yeast for added umami
About 100 ml olive oil, adjust as needed
Salt to taste

For the pasta:
200g penne, cook according to package instructions
100g shimeji mushrooms
Salt and pepper to season
