Inspired by arisfitjournal on tiktok, 358 calories without the icecream, I paired it with some half fat butter pecan icecream it added about 120 cals and is the best combo ever😋

I adjusted mine to be lower calorie and apple flavor, but I made it with pumpkin and it was amazing. So moist and satisfying. Truly would not be able to tell it was so low calorie.

Ingredients:

• All-purpose flour: 20 grams
• Almond Milk Vanilla Unsweetened: 25 ml
• Egg whites: 45 grams
• Apple Sauce: 0.5 cup or 100 grams
• Plant-based protein powder: Orgain, 34 grams
• Isopure Protein Powder Vanilla: 20 grams
• Chopped Gala apples, 60 grams
• Erythritol: 40 grams
• Baking powder: 4 grams
• Pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt

Preheat oven to 350
Mix together egg whites, apple sauce, almond milk
Add remaining ingredients and mix well, top with chopped apples
Add to loaf pan and bake for 30-40 minutes depending on your oven , I wait until mine is browned on top
