Roll that had lump crab topped with rare steak. Nice presentation and quality ingredients tasty but would never order it again. Pao’s in Springfield, Illinois

    I feel like the texture of the steak would throw off the overall texture.

    I get they want to show off the expensive meat part of the dish.

    This seems like it’d be much better topped with avocado with the steak being in the roll with a tempura shrimp.

    Maybe unpopular opinion: the “Wagyu” upcharge at most sushi places is a gimmick.
