This is the healthiest ice cream possibly of all time, i can inhale a pint and not feel guilt and shame. The simple ingredients and grass fed milk are game changers. So far my favorite flavor is cookie dough which i found at my local sprouts grocery store. The pumpkin spice was second fave. They even have a cookies and cream flavor which is also good. People that hate on this brand are just so use to junk food ice cream and i get it, i miss the gums and seed oils of ben and js, hersheys, coldstone…….. the same way i miss smoking cigarettes, death and inflammation taste good.

Finally got to try this for the first time last week! Honey Honey reminds me of Japanese Cheesecake and isn’t too sweet. New favorite!
