Non-alcoholic wine brand Edenvale Wines has brought three new products to market, including two Premium Reserve wines and its debut sparkling aperitivo.

Edenvale’s Premium Reserve Selection Sauvignon Blanc Fumé was crafted as an alternative to Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, with the cool climate, extended lees contact and subtle oak influence giving the wine a vibrant tropical character and creamy palate.

Tasting notes for the Sauvignon Blanc Fumé describe fresh aromas of lychee and kiwi, lifted by delicate floral tones, while green bell pepper, hazelnut, and roasted coffee add depth.

Meanwhile, the Premium Reserve Adelaide Hills Chardonnay offers layered flavours of white peach and green apple, subtle notes of vanilla and chocolate, and a soft, buttery finish as a result of extended time spent on lees. Crafted from cool-climate Adelaide Hills grapes, the Chardonnay is described as an exceptional expression of the classic varietal.

Highlighting Edenvale’s commitment to flavour-forward wine alternatives, the new Sparkling Aperitivo offers a modern, alcohol-free take on the classic Italian aperitivo. The aperitif is the first in a new range of infused botanical drinks, combining south-east Australian grapes with a citrus zest and subtle herbal complexity.

The new release signals a step forward for Edenvale, which crafts its non-alcoholic wine alternatives using traditional winemaking techniques and a gentle alcohol removing process.
