  1. CREAM PUFFS will you have you questioning reality. When I say make it harder, I mean by making it at home instead of buying my treats pre-made. NO more store bought cookies, cakes, desserts at the cost of my health! Real ingredients are what im about.

    Here's the recipe, my bois! ๐Ÿ”ฝ
    Pate CHOUX:
    120g water
    120g whole milk
    115g unsalted butter
    3g OCEAN (salt)
    125g AP flour
    4 whole eggs, large (200g)

    Pastry cream recipe ๐Ÿ”ฝ
    500g whole milk
    100g sugar (I used 75g for less sweet)
    5 large egg yolks
    40g cornstarch
    1tsp Vanilla bean paste
    Pinch of salt
    50g butter cubed, when pastry cream is cooked!
    (I have a video on how to make it)

    Chocolate ganache ๐Ÿ”ฝ
    1 to 1 ratio of chocolate (68%) by weight and heavy cream.
    Boil heavy cream and pour over the chocolate and allow to sit for 2 minutes. Mix until it comes together, and you've completed it!

  3. To be fair, a lot of store-bought treats are loaded up on sugar to be "flavourful" but if you make it yourself, you can make it how you want it to taste. Just a lot more hassle tho.

  5. My favorite thing in the world as far as sweet stuff our cream puffs I have loved them since I was a kid. These look really good. I eat really healthy, but I do treat myself every now and again.

  8. Fish and veggies are good for helping you get into shape. Any meat thats lean helps too. You do need some fat on such a diet though. Also, idk if you're able to do it where you live. But my exercise and diet routine at the peak of my physical health was to forage. Mulberries, wild strawberries, and muscadines were my favorite finds. I'd still do that today were I live, but there isn't a lot growing in this area and I can't beat the deer to it at my age
