Used a simple dark chocolate recipe. Does anyone have tips on how to get it out of the ramekin without it crumbling like this? Still tastes amazing!

    This looks slightly overbaked… I usually bake mine around 10 minutes to keep that gooey center.

    Additionally, what I usually do is lightly butter the inside of the ramekin before baking. It really helps the cake release cleanly without crumbling.

    Freeze before baking.

    I serve with vanilla icecream and raspberry coulis
