This London Restaurant Will Serve An Un-Brie-Lievable Cheese-Covered Pizza For One Day Only

Here’s a fun little game for you to play: how many different cheeses can you name? Ten? Twenty? Thirty? Well, what would you do if I asked you to name 64 different cheeses? Well, no doubt you’d wonder why I was suddenly so obsessed with cheese – but there’s a good reason. One Italian restaurant in London is launching the most dairy-filled Muenster of a dish for National Cheese Lovers Day. For one day only, 64 Old Compton Street will serve cheesehads a frankly ridiculous 64 Cheese Pizza.

That’s right, the beloved Soho institution is going BIG for National Cheese Lovers Day on January 20, with a pizza whose very identity pays homage to the restaurant itself. After all, who needs a margherita or a four-cheese pizza? Those are rookie numbers; this is supposed to be National Cheese Lovers Day!

64 Cheese Pizza

With layer upon layer of cheesy goodness, this madcap pizza is sure to dominate your social media feeds soon, so don’t miss your chance to give it a go. Just think of the cheese pulls you’d get from this dairy-laden pizza!

So, which cheeses are actually on this lactose-filled creation? You can expect the usual suspects such as mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, and pecorino. There will also be curveball toppings such as blue and goats cheese, as well as the likes of scamorza, stracciatella, ricotta, and cheeses you’ve likely never heard of.

Now, at this point, we could just write out the entire list of cheeses that they’re throwing on top of the pizza. But, to be honest, with 64 of them, the list would be longer than this article itself! (I shudder to think of how they’re fitting all of them on the menu.)

Hilariously, the whole thing comes crowned with a whole ball of burrata. You know, in case there wasn’t enough dairy on the pie already.

Needless to say, if you’re lactose intolerant, this might not be the pizza for you. But if you’re after a pizza with sca-mora-za cheese than any other, this is the one!
