This is right up my alley, thank you for sharing the recipe for your Greek dressing. 👍🏼😋 At first I thought I was looking at Tofu rather than the Feta cheese.. and I hate to admit this but I just turned 60 and I’ve never tried Tofu before! 😂 Chef, If I could put in a request for a Tofu recipe or a lesson on which ones to use, I didn’t realize until just recently that Tofu comes in different forms, from very soft to very firm.. so which to use for what? Thanks Chef, I’m lovin’ your channel! 👍🏼😊🫶🏼
TIP: to cut cherry tomatoes quickly: put them all on a plate, cover with another plate; this will sandwich the tomatoes in place while you run your knife between the plates and slice across all tomatoes in one horizontal cut.

I’ll have to try this.😊Usually I never add salt but instead I use a bit of the olive brine and feta brine. Just a little.
