Smoked some salmon on the good ol Weber. Came out delicious. Even the wife liked it and she don't like salmon.

I’ve been using a cedar plank for salmon, about 15 minutes and it comes out perfect every time. I use a little teriyaki sauce and lightly coat with a mayo- mustard topping. Grill a a temper that gets the top golden brown.
