A former Chinese co-worker of mine says it is delicious. Personally hard for me to eat because they’re one of my favorite animals. It does look like it probably tastes really good, not sure if I’m allowed to say that.

Looks delicious but I’m over the trend of putting the protein directly on top of the mashed potatoes, grits, polenta, etc.
