    May I ask what setup you have there? I’m looking to get myself one of the raised grill (eggspander, woo etc). This one seems easy enough.

    Ive done smoked tomatillos a few times and read to half them first because the smoke wont penetrate the waxy skin. How did they do for you being whole?
