I’ve never seen Ruth Chris fail so badly at the sear. Usually there’s a bare minimum quality. Last time I went wasn’t that long ago, either, like two years ago. It was pretty decent. Steak had a nice crust and it was a good cut of NY strip.

Bro I went to Ruth Chris for a birthday dinner a few years ago and my expectations were definitely not met at all. I had to send back my rib eye because it was not cooked at all the way I wanted. Even the sides were mediocre (ordered mashed potatoes, lobster Mac, and some greens) Would never go back again after that experience. Considering how expensive it was.
