
Tangzhong:
* 20 g all-purpose flour
* 120 ml unsweetened almond milk
Dough:
* all of the tangzhong
* 120 ml cold unsweetened almond
* 40 g granulated sugar
* ½ teaspoon salt
* 150 g all-purpose flour
* 150 g bread flour
* 9g active dry yeast
* 40 g vegan butter softened
